We operate an open on honest approach to publishing technical details however providing this in a way that provides the relevant information for all types of users is difficult, therefore all descriptions and images serve to give approximate description of the products and services provided and users should refer to the user guides and manuals provided with items at all times when determining the suitability before and during use, we are always happy to help so please contact us directly if you have any questions or require specific information.

Ordering and Delivery

You can order products from us via our website www.ducks55aerial.co.uk and we are happy to communicate with you via telephone & email in order to discuss your requirements, all payments are handled via our payment provider stripe.com; or we can provide bank details for customers who whish to make bank transfers direct.

Please contact us if you require help with payment processing and systems, unfortunately we cannot and do not accept cheques or paypal.

Not all the options listed on the site may always be available and we may need to contact you to discuss fulfilment of your order.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order except in the instance where an error has occurred with the data making up the information which is projected through the website. In the event that an error is discovered with the price of any goods you may have ordered, we will inform you as soon as we can whereupon we will give you the option of amending and processing your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, we will give you a full refund.

When you place an order you are offering to buy the product/service at the stated price. We will send you an automated email as a confirmation of your order details. This email does not necessarily mean we can meet or fulfill the entirety of your order.

Orders are subject to availability. If the product is not available or the details of the order are not correct (your address for example) we will contact you by telephone, email or both.

You take ownership and responsibility for the products as soon as they have been delivered to the address detailed on your order.

Any damage to or order shortages of the products in transit (i.e. with our couriers) should be noted on the delivery/consignment note at the time of delivery. Transit damages or shortages should be reported to us as soon as possible.

You should inspect your order immediately after delivery and inform us of any damage, error or fault as soon as possible.

You use aerial acrobatics equipment bought from ducks55aerial.co.uk at your own risk. Adam Osborn and all associated people and organisations with the trading name ducks55aerial.co.uk accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, accident or death caused by any of the products supplied. It is the responsibility of the performer to take the necessary precautions and to minimize hazards to themselves or other users .

Strict safety precautions should be adhered to when using such equipment. Some of the most important precautions include, but are not limited to: - Professional training is essential before and during the use of aerial equipment - do not attempt to learn new moves from videos or books alone.
- You should never train alone, regardless of silks level or experiance.
- Rigging should be undertaken by a competent professional and be fit for purpose. Do not use rigging, frames or scaffolding not tested or rated for aerial use. Never rig from trees or other natural anchor points such as rocks.
- Equipment should be inspected thoroughly before every use and after high impact or highly dynamic moves. See our guide to caring for your silks for more information.
- Always use a crash mat or equivalent impact protection
- Always ensure the environment in which you are performing or training on your silks is clear of obstacles, such as people, walls, pillars, stage props to prevent risk of injury.

Safety and maintenance sheets are provided with all equipment together with a subscription to our lifeTracking app. Aerial activities are dangerous we provide base information and these should be carefully read and fully understood before use, if your items was delivered without accompanying paperwork please contact us as soon as possible.

Insurance
It is the user’s responsibility to purchase third party insurance before performing or teaching with aerial equipment. ducks55aerial.co.uk and all associated people and organisation strongly recommends that all users and end users have proper insurance in place.

Complaints

We endeavor to provide both an excellent level of customer service and experience, however in the unlikely event of you wishing to complain please contact us via email or telephone and we will do all we can to rectify the problem.
