90min workshop is dedicated solely to learning and understanding the entry/exit and control of the various forms of wheeldown and will include a number
of different forms of this move, together with some support training.
While no previous experience of this move is required, this is an higher intermediate to advanced skill, participants with stronger cores, that are happy to
climb and invert multiple times i.e. 20-30+ times during the session will find this workshop more rewarding but it is equally open to those that would like to start their journey with this move.
