While we hold a large quantity of stock all our silks are made / cut to order
together with their storage bags. While we endeavor to process your order
as quickly as possible please allow 2~3 days for solid colours and 1~2 weeks
We will keep you up to date throughout the progress of your order and will
provide you with tracking numbers once it has been despatched
For orders under £25
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 & 48 services for all orders with a value under £25
this provides a fully tracked service for peace of mind, this service costs £5
For orders over £25
We use UPS as our delivery partner for all orders with a value over £25
to ensure that your silks are fully traceable during delivery, a signature
will be required upon delivery, this service costs £10
Delivery to alternative address
As standard practice we will only ship to the same billing address, this is to
provide protection for both you and us against card fraud.
We will in some circumstances ship to an alternative address, such as your studio
or work address but prior to shipping we may undertake / require some verification
from the intended delivery location that you are associated with it and they are
happy to accept your order.
European & International
We are happy to ship both european & international orders but please
contact us first via email email@example.com before placing an order so we can find the most
cost effective method of getting your order to you, we will always use
a fully tracked service.
For international orders we can only accept payments by bank transfer.
We will send you the information with confirmation of shipping cost.
We understand that you may want to look at the colour of our silks in real life to know if it
is suitable for your performance so we can send samples of silk material to check colours
before you buy, please contact us if this is something you require.
Returning, Refunding or Replacing
Depending on the nature of the problem or reason for returning the item you will be responsible
for the return postage charges (unless the item is faulty or incorrect, in this case we will cover
the cost of return if required).
You MUST contact us first before returning an item. This helps us process your return quickly.
Depending on the situation we may first ask you for a photo prior to deciding if the items need to
before returned, replaced or refunded so please contact us to discuss any problems you have first.
You are responsible for the item(s) until they reach us, therefore in all cases we recommend using a courier or a
fully trackable service with signature verification for returns to us. We also recommend using a service with insurance
cover to the value of returned items to protect you if they are lost or damaged during the return.
Please ensure items are returned in there original shipping boxes and/or packed to prevent them being damaged in transit, if not
using a return label we have provided please ensure your return code is clearly marked on the package and return to:

Whether we refund or replace the item will also depend on the situation but rest assured that we will work
with you to resolve the situation, however please be aware due to the strict safety considerations inherent
for the sale of aerial equipment we have a strict returns policy for all aerial equipment and accessories,
any returns can only be accepted in a strictly unused condition, even where a defect has been found.
We cannot accept returns of any aerial silks that:
- have been used in any way, including being attached to a figure-8,
or silks hook even where no load has been applied
- has had a load applied to it
- where any package sealed aerial silks has been opened
We cannot accept returns of any aerial equipment that:
- has been used in any way, or connected to other equipment
- has had a load applied to it
- where any packaged sealed aerial equipment that has been opened
We have a 30 day returns period, meaning you can return any item within 30 days of you receiving it for a
refund less shipping, however any defect must be reported within 7 days and any returned items must meet
our returns condition policy for a claim to be accepted.
We may accept returns after 30 days but a restocking fee of 25% of the order value may be applied, in these
cases we will only refund 75% of the order value less shipping, in all cases items must be in an unused
condition and meet the returns safety criteria set out on this page to be eligible.
All dyed silks are classed as bespoke custom made to order items and are not eligible for return
unless a structural fault in the material is identified and reported in line with our standard return policy.
- Codes do not apply to shipping charges (unless specifically for shipping), where an order is already covered by free shipping the use of the code has no value.
- Some products or services may be exempt from use with a codes, please check with us if you are unsure if an item qualifies.
- Generally Only one code can be applied per order unless otherwise specified.
- Codes that are awarded to specific people, such as competition prizes, are for the use of that person exclusively and upper value thresholds may apply.
- Codes may only be used once per person.
- Where codes have an expiry date and will be valid until up to and including the date shown.
